Looking at an 88 Corvette, and I was wondering if this crack in the leaf spring is anything that I should worry about. TIA, Matt Crack in the transverse leaf spring.

Yeah....if that were my spring and it had a crack like that I would replace it Yes. But is that really a crack? When you run your fingernail into that area do you feel a separation / ditch along that line? It would be weird in my opinion for a composite spring to crack with that random pattern, the resin and fibers underneath would usually look more like a straight line crack with splinters and separations between the fibers.
It could also be oil / grime / water staining in that pattern that makes it look like a crack. Just for grins wipe a wet rag along that pattern and see if it smears...
