No spark

Can a bad or stretched timing chain make my 92 corvette lose spark and not start? New high end opti and rebuilt computer.

No...timing way off you still get spark just at the wrong time. What diagnostics have you done? what are the full symptoms? Codes? Do you have a FSM to troubleshoot with?

if it’s truly ONLY no spark (ie you have fuel pressure, fuel injectors are pulsing, no codes (?)) then it could be ICM and/or coil. But I strongly recommend doing some diagnostics before throwing any more parts. New Optis can be bad too
