Hold on everybody….a thousand is not too bad, but I would try to talk him into giving me at least $1500 to haul it off.
from what i have seen and the prices of used parts lately, you may end up in the hole even if you did part the car out. those parts are rufffff if not even usable. and then you have this 'thing' taking up space at your house.

I completely agree….That is why I said he would have to pay me at least $1500 to haul the carcass off!!!
Are you looking to do a Kart? That's about all I would consider that one for. Even for a Kart, I'd want to know that it starts, runs (even poorly), stops, and shifts for $1K.

Hopefully this is a Holloween prank. I look at a lot of C4 parts cars, and that’s about the worst I’ve ever seen. If it was free, and it was close , maybe I would take it. But probably not.
Less odds of smoking the D36 because it would be lighter?
If I had room (and could justify adding a vehicle that has no roof or body in an area where I'm lucky to use the current, full bodied Corvette more than 5 months a year) I would entertain even one with an automatic for a Kart if the price was right. I'd have so much more room to fit turbochargers!
