Friends,
I have a 1994 Corvette with the LT1 engine. It has always started quickly. Last year I noticed that if I drove it somewhere and shut it off it would not fire up immediately when I returned to start it. I assumed the only different was that it was warmed up, but it would start after turning over a few times. This year it will not keep running. If I turn on the ignition for a second or two before hitting the starter, it will run for a couple seconds, then shut off. It keeps doing this when I try several times. Is it the fuel pump or fuel filter? I filled it with 91 octane before putting it up last year.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly!
