'84 RPO Code Question

A little clarification on some RPO codes on an '84 that is for sale locally. It lists the color codes as follows:

D84 Two Tone Paint

16U Bright Silver Metallic Exterior

16L Bright Silver Metallic Secondary (Lower) Exterior

Am I correct in saying that this car should be solid silver? I wonder why they have the D84 Two Tone code in there?

It is 2-tone OR it started life that way. 7719 is the secondary color, code 18. See 18M in the SPID and M7719 in the lower paint information.

Thanks for the help. That's what I needed to know. It's solid silver right now and didn't look correct to me. Going to pass on this one.
