Default What should I do this spring(mods?)

Basically I'll be getting a nice fat check for 7500 this spring. 1500 has got to go to my dad, I owe him.

Plus I'll probably have some saved from military stipend.
So here are options.

1)Spend 6k on a daily driver, no mods for the 92 vette

2)Mod the Vette
3)Spend 1k on a old Pick up truck, and use rest to mod/buy things i want/put in fund.

The vette will probably need a new bumper, as the old one needs realigned, but I might just have them throw on a whole new bumper assembly. Around 500 bucks???

There is a guy, whose son I went to school with, he works on 350's only. And his son said he would be more then delighted to work on my lt1. Don't know if he will do it for free or not.

:D:D:D

So, what shall I do?

If I mod what mods should I do?

Happy Holidays!

If the Vette is "special" to you, I'd get a driver to keep it preserved as much as possible. If it's not, I'd spend some bux getting it to look and run the way you want it to, maybe: (in no particular order)
1. Bumper
2. Interior
3. Gears
4. NOS

Assuming of course there's no immediate needs with the motor or drivetrain

The only thing the Vette needs, is that bumper fixed, and the hood properly aligned, perfectly.

Other then that, a tune up would be nice.

Maybe new brakes.

I'd like to put a hotcam in it. :)

Muffler Elims :D:D

New floor mats.

The vette is becoming a garage queen. It sits in the garage while im at college, under cover.

Has 95k miles on it. I've put 6 on it since I bought IT :)
