Starting Issues
I've got a story for you. The day it's supposed to sell, the car cranks but doesn't start. Never had this happen before with the Vette ('93), it's always started up immediately and I was driving it yesterday. I just don't understand. Now I crank, its slow, and the lights on the interior flicker before fading in and out. It's easier to understand in a video that I'll link. Any help diagnosing this at all will be greatly appreciated as the buyer still wants it so it's on me to fix. Thank you all for the support.

Update: got a new battery and it still is cranking strong now but isn't turning over. I'm not hearing a very audible fuel pump prime so I believe it is either the relay or pump itself as the line isn't being pressurized up to the fuel rails.

Finding which one is missing...is the second step in troubleshooting. (Knowing how the [ignition system] works...is the FIRST step in troubleshooting. Do you have a Factory Service Manual?? (part of step (1)).
