Default RPO Code UX0

What is this? I looked it up and it says speaker system, 6, Dual Floor Sill, Dual Extended Range Sail Panel on http://www.collectoreditionregisty.com. AS compared to RPO code UY5 which is a 4 speaker system. According my build sheet I have RPO code UX0 but I don't see any speakers other than the two on the floor and the two in the back. And as far I can tell there are no sail panels on my car. There are also no speaker mounting locations in the dash, so what gives?

Here is my build sheet:
AG1
AG2 - ADJUSTER, 6-WAY POWER SEAT,
AK5 - SEAT, INFLATABLE, DRIVER & PASS

I'm looking at the manual for my 95. which has UXO also. The manual shows two speakers each in the sill section for a total of 6. No reference to UXO, but referenced as UU8 & U1F. UM6 has 1 speaker in each door silll & is referenced as base system. Don't know if this will help????????????????

I recently bought a 1995 corvette and wanted to see all the options I had on this car. I wrote them all down and when to a Chevrolet dealer, in the Parts Dept. and they looked up all my RPO codes. As per your UXO it is a six speaker system. :chevy

So where are they? In the floor? Are there 2 speakers in that housing on the floor or something?

Apparently the UXO option houses two speakers in each side of the front sill housing.

Yep, there are two speakers ( each side) in that floor housing acording to the pictures./

yes, the premuin sound can come with dual speakers up front, a seperate woofer and tweeter (I cringe at calling the useless factory speakers that) in the plastic enclosure
