long story short, bought a couple of 1993 Vettes, both with security issues, I am working on the 6 Speed, its such a mess key code readers removed from steering column, taped to a blank key...etc. etc etc. You name it this Owner tried it.
So since I am able to program VATS off of a 1994 and up computer, I though maybe if I got a 1994 harness and computer and installled it I could salvage it. so far no luck.. but I was wonderig if anyone has ever before.
thank you Robert

This seems like the hard way to solve a security/VATS issue, but IDK
I assume you've tried the "standard" stuff (eg, using a resistor, etc)
OTOH, I know what a PITA it is to deal with the PO's "fixes" under the dash. My 1990 came with an aftermarket security system that took me a solid week to "undo." And, don't get me started about the wiring behind the head unit
