Need some detailed pictures, I’m hoping someone with a real GS can help with.
Did the factory fender flares on the coupes, exactly match the wheel well fender curve?
can somebody take a few pictures looking up toward the bottom of the fender flare to see exactly what the flare / wheel well edge of the quart looks like? A couple of close angles should do it.
this is a very important, as you’ll be solving a very contested debate with a case of beer on the line!!
Not sure what he’s asking. I’m a little slow with my extreme old age.
the GS fender flare are bolted through the fiber glass. And the curve matches the curve of the wheel well. I cut mine out a little because I was running 335s in the rear. They rubbed but I figured what the hell cut that **** if gm already drilled holes through the panels

What is your definition of “exactly”? This is a GM a product so “exactly” is a no. I would say yes however if you look inside there is a slight lip from the shape of the quarter panel to where the flare sits. I cut this lip out
interesting - so you ground the fender up to be even with the flare?
thank you for taking the pictures!!
no. I grounded it down because of the 335 tires. So when you hit a bump the tire goes up and in, an arc, so I had to cut a couple millimeters out of the flare and and the outer quarter you would normally see with out the flare
but yes I would consider the flare to follow the contours of the quarter panel. Again. This is an assembly line vehicle
