Default C4 Mechanic

I finally got my son's old C4 out of storage.
It needs a few small things done to it.
Does anyone know a good mechanic in the Springfield Missouri area that is good with C4s and L98s?
The shop I normally use on mine and the wife's car wasn't too big on working on it. He said he prefers working on newer vehicles and isn't familiar with the old TPI setup.
specifically I'm looking for help getting the tachometer to read correctly, the HVAC only blows out the defrost and never gets cold.
Also want to do an AIR pump delete.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry to change the topic slightly but that’s real funny about your Goldwing. I had same experience. My 87 Wing had a fuel problem. Honda refused to look at it, said it was too old and all parts were obsolete. He basically told me to junk the bike. I located an old time Honda mechanic who said problem was fuel pump. He told me to buy a fuel pump for a Honda Prelude and it worked perfect. Getting back to your Corvette problem, that a/c problem of air coming out defrost is mostly a vacuum hose disconnected. Look by brake booster. There should be a small check valve. That could be bad or a hose came off. Not cold a/c could be low on Freon or blend door problem.
