MN collector plates
Has anyone had issues running collector plates in MN?
My car isn’t a daily driver, but I do take it out for joy rides and quick trips. Not trying to avoid a yearly tax, that’s inexpensive enough. I just like the plates and needing to have a ugly front plate.

I'm running a single collector plate on my '95. I have never had any issues, but I don't use it as a daily driver. A lot depends on your local cops as they are the ones that will see you using it most.

I’ve had MN collector plates since 2006. Not a daily driver but it gets driven. Never an issue but I guess if you had the wrong LEO on the wrong day you might get hassled. If your not daily driving it then there shouldn’t be an issue.
