Just curious what you will be using it for? If for judged events I would think you would need one from your specific year as most all that I've seen state that it meets regs for that year in the text.
There's a couple ways to accomplish a 'correct' for your car. Both would require a 'snapshot' of the correct one. 1.) You send the snapshot along with probably a VIN to confirm year etc and for 80$ they would duplicate it for you. 2.) Use the 'snapshot' as the label with a clear adhesive label over it on the radiator support. I've seen many done this way. The same for a correct belt routing if that's also missing.
Year and options from the SPID label could ID the correct for your car. What year car, transmission, rear axle ratio?
