solution for small plastic throttle cable bracket cover.

I am not sure what cover it is or what purpose it has and can't find a replacement (see pic). It flew away during engine cleaning.
Any help with name or page # would be appreciated before I try to fabricate one. My guess is that many c4's are missing this.

I am not sure exactly what flew off, unless there was a factory "plug" over the TV cable adjuster.

Yep, that metal 1/2 circle is what you press when you re-set the TV cable.

Probably nothing....until you need to adjust the TV cable...which typically, no one ever does or needs to do.

Does the cable housing move in that housing where the button in missing? If not... if it's locked in place, then I think you're good.

i agree with Tom - to reset the TV cable. i don't recall there ever being any kind of cover associated with it. just checked mt 85 - like the OP, no cover.
