I’ve got a 94 that has brake problems. The front brakes lock up about 5-10 miles down the road after braking a few times. I’ve replaced calipers, brake pads, brake booster, brake hoses like people have suggested but nothing worked. I have ABS, ASR, BRAKE lights on. I’ve took it to several mechanics but none of them know what’s wrong with it!
Afer replacing the booster did you adjust the master cylinder push rod? The master cylinder push rod length is adjustable. If it is too long it won't allow the piston to return far enough to release all of the pressure after a little heat expansion. Easy way to check is loosen the two master cylinder bolts while the brakes are locked up. If that releases the pressure adjust the push rod lengtth.
I'm assuming that if you crack a brake bleeder screw the impacted caliper releases.
I would try killing the power to the ABS system, and see if the issue "goes away".
I have no replaced the master cylinder yet. I plan on doing so and how exactly do u kill the power to the abs. I have pulled the fuses to the abs before and it did nothing. is there another way or a step I missed?

I have not. I’ll look at that. With the factory booster in, it still did all these symptom. Way before i ever put it in. It’s been doing on for a few years. The car sat for a while. I will check that though. Thank you!

The "best" way I know of to kill power to the ABS is to disconnect the wires going to it. The ABS module lives behind the driver seat - under that "storage area" cubby thing. Take out that plastic thing, and youi'll see the ABS pump - with numerous brake lines going to and from it. There are several multi-pin connectors that go to it. Disconnect those.
If disconnecting the ABS causes the problem to go away - the problem is in the ABS. If it doesn't go away - it's somewhere else in the brake hydraulic system.
