I just put in a new wiper motor, and i connected it all correctly (so I think?) but the wipers are going so slow on the highest mode (the only mode that works) and I guess Im confused on if I bought a faulty motor or what’s the problem? why isn’t it going faster? I can’t drive in the rain like this.
(Yes I know my driver side arm is broken, it just happened )

The motor was bad before, It wasn't even turning before, now its turning but extremely slow. It might be the switch, but I really don't know. I was looking at where the motor attached, the bar that controls the wipers is moving weirdly and I wouldn't think it would be the switch but I really have no clue.
