Can't fault the condition but boy that price. You could buy a nice ZR-1 for that much. On second thought maybe not a ZR-1 in that condition, but a nice one anyway.

Definitely a hefty asking price, but it is a well optioned car with low miles. Being a convertible, I wouldn't spend that kind of money. I'd personally rather go for a really nice low mileage LT4 car or a ZR1 that needs some work.
