Default New Electrical issues

Hi all. I have a question I hope someone can help with. I have an 87 convertible has sat for a long time but gets started and moved around.
I had the pass door panel off to replace the outer window door seal. After replacing I noticed the power locks no longer work and the power mirrors don’t work. Are there any other fuses besides the one in the door jamb? Radio won’t turn on either. What did I do??!

in addition to the main fuse panel, I believe there is a fuse block behind the driver information center. I do not know which fuses they are for. If you checked all the ones in the main panel, you might have a look there.

no problem. Wish I had more for you. I’m admittedly not the best with electrical stuff but the only thing I can think you could have done is pinched or cut a wire going through the tunnel from below the A pillar into the hinge side of the door.

Default Door electrical

Thanks for that. I’m going to take the door panel off again when I have time and recheck everything. I reconnected a wire connector to the switch on the door end for the top release that wasn’t originally connected so maybe that’s why it was disconnected. A car this old could have been into many times. I’ve had it 20 years. I wanted to just change the seal and finally sale the car, then this happened.

Thank you IHBD, people are so friendly here and smarter than me. Good info to check. The cruise and A/C have never worked. Hope your week is great.
