having a bit a trouble with my convertible top, after releasing to 2 locking clamps on the windshield and pushing the buttom in the console, only
one side(drivers) is releases. I sprayed the pass side cable with lube,and i do see the cable moving but still no good,little help???

When I go to lower my top, I pull on the lever on the top cover to release the latches at the rear of the top. I lift the back of the top out of its latches. Then I push the button push the button in the console/door and it releases the solenoids that hold down the top cover down. I lift the back of the top to clear the cover and lower the top into the well. I lower the cover and latch the cover into place in place. Later cars have the top release button mounted on the edge of the cover. Kevin
