Sure can! Grab a quart of premium body filler and a long sanding board and go to town

Otherwise no. You can't just You Tube suction cup/hot glue them straight. The waves on the front bumper covers and rear bumper are almost always between the mounting points and have gone thru thousands of heat cycles from the sun to warp them. You're not going to pop them back place, or even heat it up from the underside to correct it, at least not for more than a few seconds

When I prepped mine for paint last fall I used a quart building those areas up and sanding them flat and true again. I'd build them up after coming home from work then sand em down the next day, repeat, repeat, repeat until I was happy with the results and wheeled it outside in daylight to see the shadows much better than all the overhead and sideways lights I had on it. Then a few more coats and sanding till i painted it in winter

My repaint thread

Here you can see the waves in the front bumper cover quite well last fall

If you look at the rear bumper you can see some of the waves it had, the deepest was on on the driver's side where it is sanded down to primer in the pic, it was 3/16” deep measuring off a straight edge

Here is the front bumper cover getting filled in. You can see the horrible peeling clear coat on the hood, which was one of the main reasons for the repaint

Here is just a picture I took where I'd busted thru half the clear coat on the hood and had worked a few coats of filler on the bumper and sanded a few times. Nowhere near flat yet

The morning of paint, last view of primer

After 4 coats of single stage paint and dry to the touch the night of paint
