Default Not running like it should.

Hello everyone in this nice forum!
Have new and unusual car in our side of ocean. C4 1985, 5.7 VIN8.
From begining. Car comes to me after guy ho try make alive but no results and he sell it.
So I make engine running.
Check fault codes by blinking (only one about Knock sensor)
Replace knock sensor and now no faults.
Replace spark plugs and wires.
Make ignition alignment.
Replace fuel pressure regulator (blue with regulation option) new diaphragm in pressure regulator of course.
Replace all fuel injectors on new.
Replace gaskets on intake
Questions:
1.With car i get interesting device - its plugs in idle runner plug and blinking (will try add photos and video) - can someone tell me for what operation I need use it?

2.Have problem with engine idling and power when try to drive. Need help with possible causes and fault fiding.
P.S. Have temperature sensor from right side ,if connect it engine not running (runs only when presing acceleration pedal) and if connect wire to mass (-) then car runs mutch better, can make more rpm.
3. FUEL pressure is ok for this car?

Some things to try....

- You need to set your Throttle Position Sensor and minimum idle air.... https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...dle-speed.html
- Make sure the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor is clean
- Fuel pressure should be around 35psi - 40psi (240 kPa - 276 kPa) or (2.4bar to 2.75 bar) with the vacuum hose removed from the fuel pressure regulator and plugged. The pressure should hold after the car is turned off
- Be sure you set the timing correctly. You have to disconnect the EST wire before setting the base timing https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...make-sure.html

I have no idea what that device is that plugs in and blinks. I'd remove it.
