Third year in a row going to Toledo Planes, cars and coffee hosted by the EAA…did not disappoint! This is not a highly publicized event…this is to keep it completely free/open to those that are part of the cars and coffee and EAA group (and allow for the cars to drive onto the tarmac without a bunch of security or crazy rules). Anyone that wants to go outside that can but needs to shoot an email to the guy who runs C&C.
Looks like an awesome time!! Toledo is only an hour and 30 mins away. Would have been fun to go!
For sure, you just need to get on the Toledo cars and coffee e-mail list. DM me your email and I can send it over to Tony (who runs it). You will get the normal event stuff too which might be worth a drive to go to one. It would be cool to get a small C4 contingent attending!
What’s nice about this event is it still has that cars and coffee feel. It is not a car show… cars are coming and going, planes are coming and going the whole time. No “judging” or entries/numbers or entry fees. Very few “hoods up” or lawn chairs. The most well behaved C&C people (you know what I mean, no challengers , has to be otherwise it wouldn’t happen ).
