Default antenna replacement
HI folks, The electric antenna shot craps on my 84 C4. Anyone do away with it and use a concealed antenna in the truck?

They are not that bad of a job to change. I did on my 86. $150 bucks and less than 2 hours work. Good as new

Yes, I think that is the right answer. Ddi you change the relay at the same time?

My last purchase had one. I liked the idea but it did not perform well and I removed and reconnected stock. If the one you bought performs well may I ask what brand?
