92 steering column
I'm using a 92 Vette as a donor car on a Tri Five project . I want to use the air bag style steering column in a 57 chevy . Can I use an old wheel like a 63 impala on the 92 column ?

The newer SIR column is indexed for the steering wheel, the '63 steering wheel doesn't have the indexing. If you found the upper most portion of the shaft from nearly any Saginaw column you could use just that last upper most short shaft and use maybe the '63 wheel. Your other issue is that the shroud/hub diameter is likely different and you'll have an issue there also.
