I happened across a good deal on these while prowling FB marketspace... Didn't know much about them initially other than they are a nice, forged, somewhat light, factory wheel. I asked the seller for more pics, especially the back, so I could verify they were indeed factory wheels. Got the pics and they didn't look right to me. I couldn't find the "Speedline" that is supposed to be cast into these wheels so I came to the honeypot of Corvette information, our wonderful Forum. Come to find out, there were 2 different manufacturers of Z06 wheels and the earlier 2001 wheels were made by Alcoa, which is what these are. I'm digging the gray and think they will look sharp on my black 93.
Was a good deal to me. I've seen curb rashed ones on Fleabay going for more than what I paid. And since they were local, no shipping. Lets just say I gave less that what the Chinese knock-offs are going for....
I have had 3 sets of Z06 wheels on my C4's. (1 repro, 1 stock gray, 1 stock polished commemorative edition)
They fit fine. You should also be aware that they are a staggered height, so the rears will be about an inch taller than the fronts with stock Z06 size tires. Personally I did not care for the taller rear tires since it made a difference in the way the car sits and it was noticeable to me. You may be able to adjust tire sizes to get a closer match in height to avoid that issue since you are only looking at the wheels separately.

Agreed. The proper tire sizes to choose from for a C4 using 18x10.5 rear C5 Z06 wheels is 275/35/18 (same diameter as front 275/40/17 at 25.7"), 285/35/18 (slightly taller at 25.9"), or 295/35/18 (slightly taller still at 26.1"). In a staggered setup like this, I would probably stick with the first two sizes to minimize the handling goofiness that can come from a taller rear tire.

So my issue now is I have front tires but I can't get the same tire for the rear. When choosing a rear tire should I match by manufacturer or by tire type, ie. All seasons vs HP Summer? I'm looking at the General Gmax RS but I did find the Bridgestone Potenza sport on sale, both in 285/35/18.

You got the General AS-05 closeouts for the front? So those are UHP all-seasons, and I'd probably try to stick within that category first. That General was noted to have a sharp steering response. If you get anything "lazier" for the rear, the car will feel a bit unstable, even if the rear tire ultimately has lots of grip. For example, I would not recommend the Conti ExtremeContact DWS for your situation, even though it's a great performing all-season. Your best option might be the Bridgeston RE980AS+, which is also noted to have sharp steering response and comes in 275/35/18. They will fit on a 10.5" rim width no problem, but I'm not sure you're going to like the look of that when combined with a "balloonier" look up front (same width and diameter tire on a wheel that's 1" narrower and 1" shorter). The Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 would be the next best bet, and it comes in 285/35/18. Of course, it's the most expensive option.
Given all that, if you opt for a UHP summer tire in back, the handling will work out well on a dry road. With a lot of them, though, you might have to be a littel careful of the rear end on wet roads. The obvious choice would be the Yokohama Advan Sport V105, which is on mega-closeout sale for $153 at Tire Rack. They have two left, which is exactly how many you need! You're like their perfect customer for these! The General Gmax RS would be a good option, especially since it tested well in the wet. These are both 285/35/18. Too bad Continental doesn't make the EC Sport 02 in this size, because it's killer in the wet.
