94 fuel pressure issues
Turn key on 30 psi and then instantly goes down to 10 psi changed fuel filter fuel regulator when I take the lines off the fuel sending unit a lot of fuel comes out. Could it be a bad fuel pump put one in year and a half ago? Turn key on and off 3 times will go up too 40psi then down to 10psi

Connect fuel pressure gauge and tape to windshield to watch how pressure changes while driving. I sometimes had slow but not horrible start times but ran fine once started. My pump was getting a bit noisy when running so replaced it. Solved the noise and starts quickly all the time now. Another possibility is one or more injectors may be bleeding down causing the quick pressure change.
Even though you replaced fuel pump just over a year ago doesn't mean it's not failing. You'll see many threads about how iffy parts can be right out of the box.
