door ajar light?

door ajar light?
As i was driving to the post office earlier the door ajar light and all the interior lights started flashing on and off, all the doors and hatch were secure, when the car is off now sometimes the lights stay on inside-any ideas?

I took to car to the shop at the dealership I work at-me and the shop super checked it-when you hold the door switch in the lights flicker on and off-so it looks like a bad switch-since my neighbors are ready to kill me bec the alarm keeps gping off i just unhooked the battery and left it there until monday when i can get a new one-thanks

Mine does all the exact same things as you described. I think its bad switches too. I can jiggle them and thney work ok for a while but then act up again later. I just havent dug into the doors to replace them :blueangel:

Your switch is probably fine. Take a close look at it and you will see a small cicular piece in the center of it. Pry that out gently with a jewelers screwdriver and slam your door shut. Should fix your problem. This is the adjustment pin. Sometimes they get out of whack. Dont go through the heassle of replacing the switch until you try this trick..
