I have a 94 convertible that has 68k miles. Replaced the battery- fully charged it, and after 4 days it drained to the point that you turn the key and it didn’t even click. Jump started it, let it run for 10 min or so, and it would restart fine (so alternator is working)
I noticed that the storage area lights were staying on and one was dim. I pulled that bulb as it was smoking. Thought I solved it. Nope.
I noticed tonight that the remaining light was on, and the antenna went down but about 6” were sticking out. I gently pushed the antenna down and the light went out.

It's not the antenna itself. The antenna motor has internal limit switches that conduct until the mast is fully up or fully down. What you're describing is a "bad" or resistive ground connection. Everything in the rear of the car grounds to the frame at G401. In a convertible, G401 is described as "RH Cargo compartment behind RH seat." The illustration shows 3 wires (should be black) being under a bolt that appears to install from the front, adjacent to the hole that the harness passes through into the RH Carbo bin. It may be behind the carpet on the front of the bulkhead.
Convertibles are susceptible to corrosion problems associated with water leaks. Your symptoms seem like a bad ground associated with the antenna motor ground which is at G401. It's where I'd begin. Find it, access it, take it apart, clean everything, and reassemble.
