Default Tuning question

1995 Corvette and I have a few questions as I'm new to the tuning world.
1. Which data analyser is more accurate EEHack or Trimalyzer? I'm chasing my tail because EEHack says I'm running lean and the exact same data through Trimalyzer says im perfect at 128.
2. Does the individual cylinder trim at idle affect A/F ratio up to 2000 rpm or only at idle 800 rpm? Because I made an adjustment at idle to the indvidual cylinder trims because EEHack says each bank was running 130 and 129 respectively, which then through off my A/F ratio at everything above 1000 rpm.

What do you mean by "running lean"?

129-130 BLM is just a minor fuel trim by the ECM to keep the engine running as close to 14.7:1 as it can.

That's what is shows on the BLM cylinder bank while idling, but when it analyzes the data is shows it's running 2 to 4 percent rich throughout the idle and under 2000 rpm. Where as Trimalyzer says that most of the cells are at 128 or slightly rich. That's why I feel I'm getting conflicting data.

I'm still not quite understanding... 2 to 4% rich as defined by what? A wide band O2 sensor measurement of actual AFR? Or BLM fuel trims?

I'm not an expert on EE (I'm more of a 90-91 8D guy) but I still would probably expect the BLMs to fluctuate a couple of points around 128 even on a stock vehicle due to various conditions and variations in engine performance.
