1994 c4 electric problem
Hello, I am hoping that someone can help with this. my wife drove the car to the store, shut off the car and locked it, came back, tried to start but it would not start, electrical system works, battery, all the dash, stereo, head lights, everything works, the starter works, everything if ok. My wife said that the security light was blinking before she shut the motor off, so the millimeter says it shows is 052ohms on the chip for the key, then I found a place that said from 1-15 key and said it was to use #2, I bought a package of resistor thar it would use ,but they didn't work, then bought another type, but they did not either, every one says it's the VATS, I do know that this is the security, I have been reading about it, and I have been reading some about the BCM module and if any wants to send out a shout and give me some thoughts, I should would love to hear of them. Does the SECURITY light stay on in ignition?
Is the car experiencing a no crank/no start condition? If yes, have you jumped the starter relay?
Have you jumped the pins on the ALDL connector and checked for diagnostic trouble codes? Have you checked whether pulsing of injectors is enabled or disabled?
