I recently bought an exceptional '95 coupe with 48k miles. The only thing that I've identified that isn't functioning correctly is the windshield washer. The reservoir is full but I'm not hearing the pump.
Fuses.
Then remove the passenger side gills and confirm power when commanded,
IF yes remove tank and clean the pump inlet screen.
If no power, you'll need a multi meter to trace down whether the switch or pump is the problem

I had the exact same problem with my low mile 1996. I tried all the fixes: I checked if power was put directly to the pump it did run. I checked all fuses. I bought a new ($100.00) computer board for the wiper that plays a part in making the washer run. Nothing worked. I finally, after a couple of years, just wired the pump direct through a nice looking toggle switch low on the dash. It now works whenever I need it. I can send a picture of the switch if you want.
