Non-sport '94. I've come to the conclusion that perhaps why I always say that the car is a miserable place to be past the 90 minute mark is because the seats are 30 years old. The previous owners clearly didn't have many passengers throughout the years and that side is significantly more comfortable, though it's not power adjustable. Are they swappable from left to right so I can maybe see if it's the freshness factor? The FSM doesn't give any clues.
In the event that the answer is no.... both the leather and foam is quite worn. I think I'm of the mind that I'd rather sign for a package, bust out some wrenches and make a Saturday of swapping the whole kit and kaboodle out for new ones, OEM or otherwise.
Are there any makers of C4 seats that design their products for long-drive oriented comfort? I realize, Corvettes aren't built for comfort yes, yes... But backroad blasts and work trips to Phoenix and back aren't very fun when sitting on rocks.
