Deloreans vs C4
I dunno why it is, but I am seeing Deloreans all over this city all of a sudden. Is this a poor mans C4, or are these things actually descent against a vette?

Nice car, short lived. Not even in the same ballpark.

0-60 in 17.9 seconds and a top speed of 109mph, not even close to a C4 Vette.

Delorean? The Snow-mobile?
Renualt drive train, poorly built in Ireland. John Delorean the king of the snow-mobiles. Isn't he doing time in Ireland, England, Washington DC?
Oh thats right he's taking a dirt nap?
The cars a joke, almost as bad the Bricklin, Yugo, Renualt Dalphine, Lancia,
Honda S-2000. :flag

Re: Deloreans vs C4 (flannel_man)
Deloreans are slow, but don't get hit by one, friend saw one broadside a Cadillac years ago, it cut the caddy in half, killed 3 in the Caddy, and the Delorean driver was only scratched up a bit. My friend did do alot of drugs so you can be the judge Fact or Fiction?

They can be cool. There is one in OKC that has a buick turbo V6 in it. Oh yeah, they only weigh 2900lbs., you do the math.

In the Deloreans defense, 17.9 is the quarter mile time ;)

Re: Deloreans vs C4 (Drewdog)
How are our fiberglass C4's heavier than a stainless steel Delorean? Delorean = 2900lbs and C4 = 3200-3500lbs
How can that be?
Maybe it's all that Bose stuff and 10lb frisbees :smash:
