Default Best Opti Service

Wondering who the go to is for opti rebuild service nowadays with Opti doctor apparently no longer doing it. I am going to be doing the front seals, intake seals, water pump and the whole nine. I have plugs, MSD cap/rotor, and wires as well. So I’m doing it all and want to do it once, so I just want it gone through. Car has a miss at idle when hot anyway. I will also be doing the ICM and coil as well.

I would say ask your local Corvette Club, just google your area for one, and if to far, each club on there website and FB has local shops!

Thanks guys. Looking into both options right now. I had already purchased an MSD cap/rotor so I was leaning toward having optispark solutions rebuild mine and just send him the cap/rotor since that’s what he uses and I already have it. If I pull it and it’s not OEM, I could possibly see what he’d charge for a rebuilt unit without the cap. Or just sell the cap. I don’t think I could go wrong either way. I trust both. Petris uses a quality “Mitsubishi grade” optical sensor and solutions reuses a cleaned up and tested OEM Mitsubishi. Quality cap and rotors and new bearings with both. Thanks for all the input. I just have to decide once I get around to pulling it.

Parts store Optis have gotten a lot better as well. With as simple of a job as it it to replace, a lifetime warranty parts store Opti isn't a bad idea.
