You can jump out the no-start relay, behind the Driver info Panel.
or jump the starter with the car key in the run position. (easy) - or use a remote start button thing.

Key = RUN (ON), SECURITY = "flashing"
Key = START. SECURITY = solid-ON.
Do I have this Correct?
If this is the case, check the three fuses for the CCM: . LCD (5 Amp), A/C (25 Amp), and CCM (10 Amp)
SECURITY should never "flash" with the key in RUN with the engine not running. It should either be OFF (everything normal) or solid-ON (VATS Inhibit). If SECURITY is flashing with key in RUN, the CCM is not receiving the "key = On" input. << This is the A/C fuse. I have no idea how one could pop the A/C fuse by removing the door panels, but weird stuff happens. Cheers.

If the other wiring in the door (there is an 8-cavity connector in the center of the door that goes to other components like the key switches, ajar switch, and lock motors) is still connected, this allows the "flashing" SECURITY light, because the CCM detects that a door is open. So my assessment of your situation above is valid. If the door harness going into the boot into the car (every wire) is completely disconnected, SECURITY shouldn't flash at all.
In either case, nothing with the door wiring affects the ability for the car to start or run.
I'm not going to elaborate on why I'm asking this question, but: Can you honk the horn with the horn buttons? If = NO, respond back. There's another possibility.
