Cowl screens are out. Were securely held in place with aggressive sealant or weatherstrip adhesive.
Question 1) from the factory, how the heck are you supposed to access the wiper mechanicals or drains with these screens in a virtually non removable state?
Question 2) are there two drains in the cowl or a third one I can't see on the passenger side?
Question 3) how aggressively to I use gasket material to seal these screens and the firewall diverter?
Screens removed to clean the recessed area and check the drains. cleaned and ready to paint. note firewall gasket to left. firewall gasket to right.
