if it was me I would put it all on a credit card that gives airline miles, then I would get a home equity load to pay the credit card an get a tax break on my 1040 next year... what a deal, you get a Corvette, trip to Hawaii, and pay less income tax next year...only in America.
I used People First, applied online around midnight on a Saturday, they called me Sunday morning, by Tuesday I had a blank check in my hand, doesn't get any easier.
No problems here either....would use them again if needed.
As would I but I'm not sure they want me as a repeat customer. I paid the loan off in full with my first monthly payment. They made one month worth of interest on me. :lolg:
Yea, I paid mine off way ahead of time too - so they didn't make that much in interest....guess if too many people like us do that, they'll start adding some kinda of 'early payoff fee'....
Kinda neat when they asked me 'Don't you want to borrow MORE than that?'.
Heck, the credit union asked me the same thing a couple months ago.
Yep...it's fun to use someone elses money interest free - or pay very very little interest!
Do you still have to have both parties involved complete the transaction at a Mailboxes Etc. The guy I bought my car from refused to be bothered with all that was involved with the Peoplesfirst check. I ended ripping up the check from peoplesfirst. Had to get a personal loan from the bank. Then took out a home equity loan to pay that off.

Yes to MBE. But it's so easy for the seller. Just show up with your title. They even provide the pen for you to sign it away.
