Default Rear Toe Link Assembly

Is there some maintenance that can be done on the Toe link assembly where both rods meet in the part bolted to the 3rd member?? Can't find anything at parts houses or with a search?? The boots are rock hard and I would at least like to change those out but again, Can't find any parts? thanks for any help...... 85 C4

It can be swapped out for a later year that might be in better shape. The cups inside are plastic and can wear out. It needs to be taken apart and regreased. For the boots I don't have a part number
