Eckler's "Corvette Emblem"
I ordered my new "Corvette" emblem a couple of weeks ago and recieved it in the mail. I open the box and got really :mad . I ordered the carbon fiber emblem and paid $67.00 including shipping. I open the box and saw that the emblem wasn't even carbon fiber. It was the carbon fiber like tape cut with a Gerber machine and expoxied. What really gets me is the add in the catalog said carbon fiber not like carbon fiber or almost carbon fiber. I think they will be hearing from me very soon. :banghead:

It was one of the emblems that you can get different effects. Like, crackle, brushed aluminum, ect. Just look through it again, I am sure you know it when you see it. When I ordered it, it was in the old issue but, I am sure they are in the new one as well.

I feel your pain. My wife ordered me the carbon fiber black outs for xmas, they sent smoked, they sent replacements finally. Then the first time I put them on, one of the fronts fell off. I called them, "no problem, we'll send you another." Well I get the new one in the mail a week later, its not carbon fiber. Call them back, "no problem, we'll send again." I get a box in the mail, small box, its the REARS, and their not even carbon fiber. Call one more time, finally get the right ones. All I need is the left front smoked lens and I'll have a free set of smoke blackouts.
Their warehouse guys must have no idea what carbon fiber is.
They did dtand behind their product, but the just don't know what products they have.
