This car came out of 12 years hibernation. 1987 Doug Nash 53k
New Tires, new oil, gear oil, brake fluid, clutch fluid.
Driven 60 miles, runs great, we may have to try again on the bleeding the clutch, (pump, pump, pump) the shift is very stiff but getting better.
The previous owner replaced the headlight flip mechanisms, one works fine, one you can hear the motor run, but it does not move.
Both lights need to flip for inspection so that is next.
Outstanding issues, power mirrors do nothing, top release wires are broken, the cover release switches do not work,
the HVAC fan is full of acorns and nest stuff, it comes on but sounds very bad. Is there an easy way to get in there?

The fan motor comes out quite easily on the engine side. Also, in the engine bay, the top of the box has a "door" that you can unbolt. It has a plug coming out of it for the fan module. Removing it lets you see down inside of and vacuum a good bit of the airbox.

Nice car!!!

Was the transmission fluid changed? Id spray electric contact cleaner on any switch that doesn't work and operate the switch multiple times in the chance it's just light corrosion, which is possible after 12 years of storage. Headlight motor running but not opening could be the plastic gears inside.
