Targa top seal
I bought a new rear hatch seal and targa top rear seal in 2018. Haven't used the car until recently. Maybe a 1000 miles since I installed them. The targa top seal is falling apart at the push pins near the bottom. Shut the door today and the whole bottom 3 inches fell on the floor, then i opened the hatch to start installing the new rear carpet and the hatch seal is pulling away from the corner a lot. It must be shrinking. I bought them from AM parts but out of warranty. Also they would never accept the weathstrip glue when I installed them. I cleaned them and they never stuck. I'm using two different 3M glues and nothing works. Is there a better brand or company to buy them from. The car is stored in a climate controlled garage. I can't catch a break. You think you're done fixing something only to have to buy it again.

The lower corners of the hatch weatherstripping seem to be the biggest issue members complain about and quality differs greatly between vendors. I haven't replaced it on mine but I have replaced the A Pillars and obtained it from Corvette Rubber Company which seems to be the choose of many members here. It was well fitting which made the installation go smoothly.
