Default Hard top

I was going through the RPO codes on my ‘91 just to see what I could see and it shows that mine originally came with a hard top. It also came with a white soft top and the current one is black. Personally I like the black top on the white car with red interior and I really have no intention of using a hard top ever. But I’m still wondering if I should keep an eye out for one.

Does anybody have a hard top and love it? Hate it? Are there any differences I should take note of between years? Will a hard top even fit on my car after 34 years?

I think they look good sporting a hard top, also helps quiet road noise.

I had a hard top for my 68 back in the day when I lived in the harsh winters of way upstate NY and I was really glad I had it. I think all the verts look good with one on them but I don't think the cost justifies buying one just to have it. The soft tops on my verts are usually down.
