Do you have a picture of what's bad? Your C4 is a mix of EnduraFlex, Fiberglass, SMC, and other components, each of which need to be handled differently. Sometimes people even take their Corvettes to a place that does fiberglass repair for yachts. Send a picture, maybe you only need a replacement panel.

Most body shops are collision shops, dealing directly with insurance companies. As a result they don't or can't work on Corvettes. You may have to go to a shop that specializes in classic cars. If there is a Corvette club or a car club near you, they would be the best place to ask. You might post your question in the Northeast forum in the regional section.
