Engine vibration
Hey guys I have a 93 Vette that has an engine vibration at idle and above 3500 rpm. I had it at a shop recently and were pretty sure it was a flywheel shake. I didn’t have them drop the trans at that time but now want to use this repaired. Problem is nobody can locate an original dual mass flywheel. Which apparently is unobtainable now. What is the solution for this issue? Is there a single mass solution that works for eliminating a vibration? My car also has the Rocks in a can sound but I’m not as concerned about the sound. I’m more concerned with the engine shake. What do you all think?
