AC system do or don't?
So I pulled the radiator out trying to figure out which one I'm going with and was looking at the 40 some year old condenser and thought I might pick up a new one while I'm there. For giggles I hit the Schrader to see it it had any freon it actually did. The car has been sitting for at least 12 years and has be retro fitted to R134. So with that said not knowing anything about the system and if it even works should I start replacing parts or leave it alone and find out its the system works once I get it running?

That's just it don't know if it works or not and it makes it hard to not replace it when everything else is apart. Very easy to replace now no so much back together. Also I have no clue what the life of the condenser is.
