1989 Corvette. Ever since I've purchased the car, I've battled against a driver side headlight that won't sit flush.I've rebuilt both motors. I've made every adjustment possible. The headlight will rotate to flush per the stopper and then ***** itself 1/2 inch from flush. Had a moment to dig a bit deeper last night and I found that the motor actuator (silver brackets pictured) on my driver side had quite a bit of play (left to right) and appears to have been rigged together to function, just not correctly.
I am finding trouble naming...and locating replacements for the following:
1) This T looking bolt that connects the housing to the actuator.
2) This bellhouse dowel pin looking thing. The one pictured is ~.25" longer than my passenger side.
