weatherstrip bad issue

Hi,

I've ordered a full kit Weatherstrip Metro supersoft RKB 2000-104.

Something goes wrong with the windows (left and right side same issue).
The Rear Halo Panel Side Window is very dense and he push out the window.

Look at the pictures.

I think i have to buy a new one but it coast a lot. What is the best choice, the more similar to original ?

Just little advice from when I replaced my seals in the C4.

Clean out all the tracks, I used 3M Achieve removal to clean the track and also 3M Glue, just little does it, if you do it right the seals right in the slots.

Take your time, don't rush?
