Default New Seats

I purchased the "not quite perfect" leather seats with foam from a popular supplier. They look really awesome, but there so f-in hard that i no longer fit in the seat. Instead of being all tucked into the car, Im like riding on top.
Where did I go wrong? Whats the deal?
Anyone else experience this?

Would they happen to be the "Driver" series covers?

I have seen the seat foam kits in catalogs but I always wondered if it would be as comfortable as the broken down one I'm used to. I'm 6'1" 220lbs so I think that I would be in the same boat if the foam was stiff. I would hope that someone out there must sell a comfortable solution without compromising interior space.
