You guys have waaay better drivers north of the Alps, the most I've had the Vette up to is about 145 running with a Ferrari, we had it up to about 120 for awhile yesterday and was amazed at how many times someone would pull into the passing lane in front of us...no way I'd do it in Italy. Where'd you do your runs at? Might have to take a trip :D

You get those slow moving mini-vans, and other old cars in the left lanes now and then, but I've never driven south of the alps.
The 180mph run isn't something I do every day. I waited until sunday morning just as the sun was burning off the morning dew to make the run. Otherwise I keep it at a normal autobahn speed of 80mph to 115mph... ;) My boss over here said he wants to ride in the car this weekend with a digital camcorder and record the run. If it doesn't rain and there is no traffic I try it again, and that will be the last time for me.. max it out for the camera.
it seems you and your Vette made the move to Germany.
180mph sounds good. - but there should be more in your LT4...I have seen your mods...
We have a little Corvette-gettogether this Friday, 28th in Ludwigsburg (near Stuttgart). Some American guys plan to stop by as well. If you have time you are welcome!
We meet at 8pm at Restaurant "Oops" in Ludwigsburg
located in Maybachstr. 6
Wow, you beat my 174mph down I95.
Run it with open headers and tell us how you do. :D
Not bad at all for having 358 RWHP and stock gearing.
