Window Regulator Blocked

1991 C4 Convertible, pass side windows raises just about 2 inches, sounds all good during travel but stops hard in the same place each time. Is there any thing to try before taking off the door panel? I have a complete shop manual.

Does it hit something with a clunk or electrically stop, either way the panel comes off.
My 93 did the same thing turns out it was the guide rail slide slapped and it jammed up the glass

Electrically Good thankfully. I added a .mov but it doesn't show unless one downloads it?

it looks to me like it is hitting something. pull the panel.
